Position Summary: 

Manage all High Volume / Operations Recruiting Efforts
  • Develop, plan and execute high volume recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • Hire, manage, coach and develop the operations recruiting team at each Operations Call Center site.
  • Ensure all Operations Recruiters are fluent in and follow all recruitment policies, procedures and systems
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends; recommend solutions to improve recruiting effectiveness
  • Create, monitor, and maintain weekly and monthly reports to track recruitment capacity, hiring rate, candidate pipeline, and other metrics to identify recruitment needs, gaps, and overall recruitment effectiveness
  • Work closely with HRIS team and provide guidance on enhancements and upgrades to Workday Recruiting.
  • Consult with Operations Vice Presidents, AVPs, and Hiring Managers on current and future operations staffing needs.
  • Coordinate with Talent Development Manager and HRIS team to ensure efficient on-boarding of each training class
  • Coordinate with Corporate Marketing Team to ensure appropriate advertising efforts are in place to support hiring needs  
  • Oversee internal and external career fairs.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry employment trends and personnel practice developments to identify current trends that may impact applicant availability. 

Supervisory Responsibilities
Effectively lead the geographically dispersed Operations Talent Acquisition Team on a day to day basis.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 8-10 years related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience
  • High volume recruiting management experience required, call center environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Talent Acquisition analytics
  • Strong capability and comfort using Excel; analyzing data and creating reports
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting is a plus; must have experience with an ATS or HRIS system.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and process documents.
