Position Summary: 

Perform receptionist duties and administrative support to staff.

Key  Responsibilities:

Know and understand the procedures and policies in the Front Desk Manual.

Answer & reroute incoming calls & voice mails to their appropriate destination.

Greet & accept Visitors according to Intake Policy.

Keep, manage & sign-out security access badges according to Badge Policy.

Issue temporary parking permits.

Accept & reroute Overnight Deliveries according to Overnight Policy.

Serve as point of contact to Vendors and Processors.

Floater: Follow schedule to relieve other receptionists for breaks & lunches.

Floater: Reroute Overnight Deliveries to appropriate building destination.

Problem solve time constraints on the schedule verses the delivery of Overnight packages.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility.

Other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:            

  • High school diploma or the equivalent amount of related experience required.
  • At least one year of related administrative experience supporting a team of executives.
  • Must be proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiar with Access and Power Point.  

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office environment, in an individual work station, using telephone and computer.  Employee may be required to work evenings and weekends.
