Position Summary: 



Responsible for leveraging people analytics to design, implement and evaluate organizational development programs designed to improve retention, performance, culture, build capability and achieve long-term success through talent management initiatives. Acts as an internal consultant supporting the areas of Leader Development, Organizational Development, Talent, and Career Development. The selected candidate will work as part of a dynamic Talent Management team to build, align, integrate, and execute programs and processes as part of a strategic human resources strategy.
  • Works with the Manager of Organizational Development to develop, implement, and maintain programs that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives such as succession planning, strategic planning, high-potential leadership development, change management, culture, and ongoing leadership development/OD initiatives.
  • Proactively addresses & responds to Organizational Development issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate interventions including strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, instruction, program design, materials development and performance analysis. 
  • Partners with the Manager of Organizational Development to provide a holistic approach to talent management and performance improvement, using organizational development initiatives and talent dashboards/processes in Workday (including succession planning, talent calibration, performance management, performance calibrations, and talent review/talent cards)
  • Develop or manage implementation as-needed for client-specific learning programs including: instructor-led training materials, workshops, e-learning, tutorials, reference guides, job aids, and presentations.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred) in HR, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated results in leadership, staff and organizational development.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience with Change Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Learning and Development.
  • A track record of success in managing programs/processes to develop leaders and associates across multiple functions & divisions.
  • Ability to understand & articulate the strategic value of OD tools/processes.
  • Excellent writing & communication skills & ability to synthesize information into clear concise messages.
  • Strong executive presence and facilitation skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally.
  • Understanding of enterprise software solutions (i.e. Cornerstone, Success Factors, SAP, Excel, PPT, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, e-learning authoring tools, Workday, etc.).
  • Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to operate individually and employing solid decision-making skills.
  • Travel as necessary, to other sites for the purpose of conducting training or gaining competencies.
