Position Summary: 

Performs administrative tasks in support of General Counsel staff by performing the following tasks.
  • Reviewing, sorting and distributing all inbound correspondence, pleadings and other documents
  • Assist in the maintenance of litigation management system
  • Prepare and submit check requests
  • Provide general office administrative support as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • One to two years related litigation experience in a law firm or municipal state court.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office environment, in an individual work station, using telephone and computer.  Employee is required to work evenings and weekends as required.
