Position Summary: 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination of post action cost analyses, pre-project budgeting reports, tracking of projects and related administrative duties to include filing and/or submitting documents in accordance to Facilities procedures and policies in a timely manner.
  • Assist AVP & VP in coordinating activities of Facilities Dept. including new build and space management projects with drawings utilizing AutoCAD, daily operations, project tracking and allocating space/budgets with respective business units.
  • Assists with project reporting and pre/post-project analysis.
  • Communicate delays/advances in projects, daily operations and maintenance, when needed.
  • Provides department support to validate office vacancies, floor plans and proper occupancy information.
  • Coordinates strategic planning for moves, adds, and/or changes
  • Will modify and maintain AutoCAD drawings to provide accurate floor plans and occupancy information

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent 3+ year’s of related work experience
  • Above intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • AutoCAD certificate preferred, or related software/computer systems experience
  • Minimum 2 year’s related experience in facilities administration and project management
  • Minimum 2 year’s working knowledge of health and safety compliance with applicable laws, regulations (OSHA, etc.)
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees (written and verbally)
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical method of thinking, and attention-to-detail orientation

Work Environment:

Work is performed outside and inside an office environment with telephones, printers and personal computers in operation. The position may involve some physical work such as pushing, crawling or lifting. The employee will be required to successfully interact with diverse group of employees, clients and management team to perform tasks and complete assigned work.
