Position Summary: 

The Document Processor provides administrative and clerical support to staff members of the assigned department.Key  Responsibilities:

  • Prepare outgoing media request forms and submit to sellers as required. Set up newly purchased portfolios within PRA system to ensure order forms are generated in automation. Sort and route incoming documents; locate and attach appropriate file to media request form.
  • Read correspondence and incoming faxes to determine the disposition as outlined by company procedures.  Make appropriate notations in ATLAS and distribute to managers.
  • Review documents and attach to accounts within the PRA imaging system.
  • Use the scanner to scan appropriate correspondence and faxes including other paperwork generated by other departments.
  • Utilizing a bar code scanner, scan all returned mail letters into an Access database and import into ATLAS.
  • Organize and maintain file system, both paper and electronic; file correspondence and other records.
  • Operate computer terminal to input, manipulate, organize and retrieve data; operate other office machines, such as typewriter and calculator.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility.

Professional Experience/Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma preferred or the equivalent amount of related experience required.
  • One year related administrative experience and/or training.
  • Must be proficient in Windows, Outlook, ATLAS, XDoc; familiar with Word, Excel.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office environment using telephone, printer and computer. The position may involve some physical work such as pushing, crawling and lifting up to 25 lbs of mail.  Employee may be required to operate a motor vehicle on public roads in variety of weather and road conditions.
