Position Summary: 

As a member of the Customer Insights team, the Senior Analyst Digital Strategy is responsible for creating, managing and executing the strategies and programs designed to increase customer utilization of digital channels, increase customer conversions and improve customer experience, while building and enhancing the brand of PRA companies.
  • Develops digital roadmap and serves as the business owner to work with the Digital Product Manager and IT to prioritize, define and implement new digital capabilities.
  • Creates detailed reports and analyzes data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Adwords, Data Warehouse, User Experience and Customer Survey Data) to improve website and chat performance and customer experience.
  • Develops website CRO strategy and design and execute A/B, Multivariant and URL redirect testing program to improve user experience and increase site conversions.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the Company’s digital analytics and marketing strategy related to search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts. Coordinates with the Digital Marketing Specialist to execute SEO and PPC marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Strategy to implement new tests to drive digital conversion via non digital channels (phone and letters).

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or data sciences
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in data analytics, user experience and digital strategy
  • Experience writing and analyzing complex database (SQL) queries in both Oracle and SQL server
  • Statistical data analysis and use of data analysis and reporting/visualization tools
  • Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • Familiarity with Google suite of products (Analytics, Adwords, Optimize) or other digital analytical and testing products
  • Experience working in an Agile Environment
  • Ability to serve as liaison for the Company with external agencies and vendors.
  • Action-oriented; team player; ability to clearly set work priorities
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
