Position Summary: 

The Client Services Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity of both client and prospect data within all CCB systems; following audit controls; maintaining and analyzing client segmentation logic and assignments. Additionally, the Client Services Analyst will work with IT to understand how to best store and manage the vast array of client data, inclusive of location management, and building the appropriate automation. They will also work with the Claims Analyst team to maintain and execute cross-selling initiatives for CCB clients, while partnering with client services and sales on the implementation of the initiatives. The Client Services Analyst will coordinate with and support Relationship Managers for client analysis and cross-selling opportunities. Finally, the client services analyst will also produce, prepare, and review client facing reports.
  • Generate and manage reporting for clients company wide; keeping updated tracking information for all client reports
  • Ensure client and prospect data integrity
  • Maintain and analyze client segmentation logic and assignments
  • Work with IT to ensure proper handling and management of data 
  • Interact with other CCB team members and departments to maintain and execute cross-selling initiatives

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field, preferred or 1-2 years’ experience in an operations analyst role
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong proficiency with desktop and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel (Intermediate/Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), required
  • Strong organizational skills, process development and refinement skills
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Report writing, Business Objects experience preferred
  • Strong writing skills, proofreading, attention to detail required
  • Experience in sales tracking software, Act! preferred
