Position Summary: 

The Client Services Associate is responsible for performing activities that will ensure client data is accurate, communications with clients are timely and accurate, and information is passed on to other areas of the company as appropriate.Key  Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring proper receipt and entry of all client contracts
  • Verify client data accuracy across all systems
  • Communicate with clients to acquire data
  • Update CCB’s contract repository
  • Properly record distributions within CCB’s system of record. Assist with remittance coordination with PRA Finance
  • Help create external communications including contract response emails, FAQ’s, new case notification, data request follow-ups, CCB updates, and any other communications necessary to be sent to clients
  • Ensure all incoming phone calls and emails are answered and routed effectively
  • Interact with our claims analyst team to gather necessary information (case details, eligible clients)
  • Interact with the sales team to ensure proper communications are occurring with salesperson assigned clients
  • Records management of all client data, agreements, certain communications, etc.
  • Prepare client reports as needed for our clients utilizing Business Objects and/or manually creating reports from a variety of sources

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field, preferred or equivalent amount of related experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Proficiency with desktop and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), required
  • Strong writing skills, proofreading, attention to detail required
  • Experience in sales tracking software, Act! preferred

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office environment, in an individual work station, using telephone and computer.  This position may require some physical work such as pushing, crawling or lifting.  The employee must be able to successfully interact with a diverse group of employees, clients and management teams, and will be required to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
