Position Summary: 

The Client Relationship Specialist will assist in cultivating client relationships that will include, but are not limited to, calling clients about claim information or new case information, updating contact information, sending emails to clients, and properly documenting communications. Additionally, they will assist Client Services, Claims Analysts, and/or Sales with any client relevant ad hoc requests.Key  Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Engage clients and build relationships by executing strategically planned call campaigns, completing data requests, providing claim status reporting, or email marketing.

  • Respond to clients who submit emails to the Client Services inbox that have case or claim inquiries within 24 hours.

  • Utilize, update and maintain, standardized email templates that can be customized for each client.

  • Coordinate with the Claims Analyst team on client data requests and properly communicate with all channels on results.

  • Synchronize with Client Services and Sales team on client engagement activities and providing them with updates.

  • Properly document all necessary systems with all client communications.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field, preferred or 1+ years in client relationship management Intermediate Excel skills
  • Proficiency with desktop and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), required
  • Strong organizational skills, process development and refinement skills
  • Strong writing skills, proofreading, attention to detail required
  • Experience in sales tracking software, Act! preferred

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office environment, in an individual work station, using telephone and computer.  This position may require some physical work such as pushing, crawling or lifting.  The employee must be able to successfully interact with a diverse group of employees, clients and management teams, and will be required to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
